About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with children, teenager and adults with neurodevelopmental and mental disorders. I have previously worked in both government hospital as well as private psychological centres. I am committed in providing safe space for my clients to express themselves, to be heard, to heal and improve their overall mental health well-being.
My Philosophy

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
– Viktor Frankl

I practice Cognitive Behavourial Therapy in my session, where I would work collaboratively with clients to discover better adaptive way of thinking – to be better in mental well-being and facilitating growth.

In addition, I aim to raise the mental health awareness in our community and break the stigma of mental illnesses. Mental health is as important as physical health, let’s start taking care of our mental health today.

Language
I speak English, Mandarin and Malay.
